Team Leader - Manufacturing Norwich  


Night shift - Sunday - Wednesday 2200pm - 0600am and Thursday 2200 - 0400


£26,142 + £25 - £30 shift allowance (per shift)


The Team Leader population is integral to our future success. As first line leaders in our organisation you will ensure the adherence to processes to meet the highest quality and support the development and training of your team, to be effective members of the Lotus organisation. Driving forward our Vision 80.


Your key responsibilities will be to drive the increase in performance for our Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People and Environment deliverables.


Role Objectives

  • Drive improvements aligned to SQDCPE targets
  • Be the first line of leadership within manufacturing.
  • Ensuring high standards of work are achieved.
  • Take responsibility for safety of yourself and others in your Work Group
  • Control your consumable spend and reduce scrap
  • Support the development of your team from process adherence to coaching of behaviours
  • Implement 5S in your area and have high standards for self and others.
  • Be able to manage a team of people to by manning up appropriately.
  • To ensure delivery targets are met.


Key Stakeholders

To work effectively with all areas of the organisation; manufacturing engineering, SQA, Production Quality, Engineering, Material Planning and Logistics. Ensuring the singular goal of achieving a quality vehicle to the customer is met.
