Senior Digital Learning Platform Coordinator


About the role
The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the Lotus Retail Training strategy, through the management of the learning platform and all related administration and coordination globally. This role will work collaboratively with our team of experienced instructional designers to support the delivery of the Lotus retail training strategy, through the administration, coordination and management of the USLOT Connect global learning platform. 


The post holder will be a vital point of support with the translation of video, eLearning and other digital content working with 3rd party companies to assist with the translations in over 20 languages. This role would create and manage new and existing communities for users and would be comfortable with the uploading processes, administration, management of user data, data reporting, meeting organization, and communicating the release of learning to all our users throughout the Lotus network.


The post holder will be comfortable with using online learning systems (LMS and LXP), digital training files, regionalisation and learning new skills. You will work with several internal and external partners and SMEs spanning a broad range of departments (including but not limited to Brand, HR, our LXP provider, 3rd party platform companies, as well as our external global retail network and regional offices


*Please note: this role will require regular travel to our Hethel site*


Role Objectives:

  • Jointly lead evolution proposals, roadmaps and development of the learning platform
  • Support the Programmes Managers, Designers and Global Training Project Manager in understanding the platform capabilities and best practices in order to design the best solution for publishing digital content to the relevant learning communities from concept to launch
  • Managing the organisation of all learning programmes and content on the platform
  • Creating community pages on the platform
  • Ensuring all arrangements and planning are in place to get new content on the right users
  • Work with 3rd parties to create translated content
  • Upload new content  
  • Supporting users with queries
  • Working with the team to ensure accurate and timely reporting on course and user data
  • Manage the look and usability of the global learning platform to ensure that it aligns with our global brand guidelines
  • Ensure that the learner experience is experiential and intuitive
  • Work with our LXP provider to analyse learner data and support our Regional Coordinators to drive engagement
  • Lead our LXP provider to constantly evolve and improve the LXP capability to align with our business needs 
  • Work with 3rd party to providers to ensure integration between our LXP and other SAAS solutions
  • Gather customer feedback in order to ensure the platform effectively meets the needs of the global retail network and propose developments and improvements based on the data

Key Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in using online learning systems (LMS and LXP),
  • Familiarity with digital training files, and learning new skills.  
  • Experience with project management software, such as Monday.com
  • Creativity, with a good understanding of file types
  • Experience in a project management
