About this role

This role is responsible for remarketing and used car business case and strategy implementation to minimise the leakage of used Lotus cars in the UK and safeguard Lotus as the primary destination for Used Lotus cars.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Remarketing and used car strategy implementation within the UK market
  • Support in creating local remarketing processes including the sale of used Lotus cars through closed auctions to the Lotus retailer network
  • Grow the approved used Lotus cars program to aid Commercial UK’s profit goals
  • Work closely with the Lotus retailer network to define the UK trade-in vehicle process to safeguard used car profitability for retailer 
  • Keep track of Lotus Fleet and manage residual values of all fleet
  • Manage the sale and stock of all Lotus Fleet
  • Build strong relations with Lotus retailer network to support the execution of the remarketing and used car strategy within Commercial UK

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

In order to set you up for success, we look for the following skills and experience:

 

  • Multiple years of experience in a similar job with a deep knowledge of the automotive industry and retail network business
  • Capable of managing a business case, defining & executing operational plans as well as contributing to strategy
  • Capable of seeing the big picture and executing on strategic plans
  • Ability to communicate with key stakeholders and build long lasting relationships.
  • Result and target driven.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.

Desirable: 

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Science, Engineering or equivalent
