About the role
As a Brand Communications Manager at Lotus, you would lead the activation of the brand at a local dealer level to increase the volume of brand compliant and retailer-based marketing activity.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create, align, and execute dealer-led communications (customer and event related).
  • Lead, review and act upon local dealer marketing capabilities and plans year over year.
  • Develop efficient and effective local dealer support strategy including best-practice lead generation and pipeline management processes.
  • Coordinate centralised asset creation, CI, and dealer standards.
  • Equip dealers with best practice plans and resources to identify and convert sales targets.
  • Work in partnership with the central Marketing team to ensure dealer product & trading strategies remain aligned with the global digital marketing strategy.
  • Collate and improve product data and imagery to optimise sales.
  • Use knowledge of the local dealer network to proactively resolve dealer requests, act on feedback and contribute towards the development of central dealer support tools.
  • As required support the planning and execution of local PR initiatives to grow local media relationships and drive high impact local press coverage.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

To set you up for success, we look for the following skills and experience: 
 

  • Well-developed expertise in a similar role with practical working knowledge of dealer marketing and PR.
  • Experience of planning, managing, and implementing network marketing activity i.e. EDM, marketing campaigns and best-in-class test drive roll outs.
  • Result driven with experience increasing the ROI of retailer marketing activities.
  • Advanced mass communication skills including presenting, writing for print/ online media and internal reporting.
  • A data driven, customer obsessed and proactive mindset to find creative solutions to business challenges in support of customer experience and brand awareness ambitions.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills to effectively engage dealers and build long lasting relationships.
  • Strong budget management, research, and evaluation skills.
  • Resilient: Thrives whilst working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and to strict deadlines without compromising on accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Desirable: 

  • Working experience in the automotive and/or luxury industry.
  • Significant established relationships with media contacts.  
  • Experience with BEV
