About the Role
The role of a Quality Assurance Inspector is to ensure that the company’s products meet the required quality standards before it is received by the customer. Your duties will include auditing the product across multiple stages, ensuring customer specifications and expectations are met, with Quality being an essential part if the business’ landscape and the customer being at the core of everything we do.
Please note that shift working maybe required for this position
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting product audits against the required quality standards.
- Precisely following process and procedure to ensure repeatability of performance.
- Conducting defect feedback and problem-solving activities.
- Efficiently escalating any quality concerns in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for reduction of waste and improved methods of working
- Ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Previous experience within a quality role.
- Confident with using MS software, Excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- High levels of attention to detail
- Passionate about customer satisfaction
- Full Driving License
