About the Role 

Lotus is recruiting for an experienced Quality professional to join our Quality team on a permanent basis. This role will be based at our prestigious manufacturing site in Hethel and is crucial to deliver class leading product to Lotus customers.

 

This role will form part of an agile team responsible for driving fast containment and resolution of all chronic and complex concerns within our manufacturing facility. Responsible for leading problem resolution within cross-functional teams

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a methodical approach driving robust progression of complex quality investigations using the Lotus problem solving tools.
  • Working cross-functionally, deliver prompt resolution by supporting key stakeholders.
  • Set-up and support daily reviews to communicate and drive issue resolution, fundamentally resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and refine containment efficiency.
  • Drive lessons learned into new model development.
  • Champion and train the business on class leading robust practical problem solving. 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

Essential:

  • Degree Qualified in relevant field
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Microsoft office tool proficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of problem-solving tools.
  • Capability to operate under pressure and able to demonstrate a proactive approach.
  • Act as a champion for fast and efficient collaboration.
  • Open to new challenges and able to adapt to fast-paced changes.
  • Analytical, structured, confident, with excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written
  • Skilled at forming cross-functional relationships with excellent interpersonal skills.

 

Desirable:  

  • Previous understanding of manufacturing operations and lean operations
