Objecti                                              Role Objectives
Assist in the development and maintenance of the Group Lotus facilities
Supervision of Contractors
Management of Statutory and Planned Maintenance and associated contracts.
Ensure Health and Safety compliance with regards to site activities.
Staff management and development including setting and monitoring KPI and encouraging compliance with company values.
Other duties as required by the Facilities Manager

Key Duties   
Project planning and reporting
Setting Budgets 
Vetting Contractors Management agreements
Selection and management of Contractors and consultants
Management of Contractors and consultants
Delivery of Projects on time and within budget
CDM Regulations submissions
Building Regulations submissions
Project close out and documentation completion including update of site records                        
Financial control including raising order documentation and matching invoices
Reviewing, agreeing and ensuring compliance with Risk Assessments and Method statements
Site induction, issue and management of permits to work
Carry out Site Risk assessments
Implementation of company training, toolbox talks and staff competence reviews as required.

Facilities Management 
Ensure areas are kept in a presentable condition
Carry out site maintenance surveys
Carry out furniture audits
Plan and support office moves
Minor building maintenance works

Prepare management information for use across & outside the organisation & deliver agreed KPI's
Manage and develop teams, including succession planning
Contribute to improving business and team performance
Implement new systems to manage the functions of the department
Manage cost centre expenditure vs business plan


Understanding of CDM Regulations
Previous experience in Facilities / Construction / Manufacturing sector 
Experience of manufacturing and fabrication facilities
Contractor control including managing RAMS and other health and safety requirements.
