About the role

Lotus Cars USA is looking to add to our team! We are looking for a fulltime Sales Operations Coordinator.
 

In this role, you would be working with the Sales & Operations Manager to support the sales team. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. The right candidate for this role will be comfortable communicating over the phone and through email. The right candidate for the job will enjoy working in a group setting and being part of a collaborative environment.

Job responsibilities: 

•    Responsible for data management
•    Responsible for verifying and inputting sales data submitted by customers for the purpose of building sales orders
•    Constantly focusing on details and accuracy of the data entered
•    Input any missing information into the software by looking into the company database for comparison.
•    Researching missing orders and shipments and assisting with resolutions
•    Assisting Sales Managers with the order bank 
•    CRM data entry


Required skills/abilities: 

•    Broad clerical, secretarial, or office experience
•    Experience of data entry 
•    High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required - associate's degree in Business Administration preferred.
•    Strong Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
•    CRM Knowledge
•    Detail oriented
•    Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
•    Strong Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
•    Previous work experience with sales or marketing responsibilities is preferred
•    Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
•    High degree of attention to detail
•    Working knowledge of general office equipment
