We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead the development of advanced Vehicle Motion Control systems for our automotive products. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and ensuring that project milestones are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled engineers in a highly innovative environment with flat hierarchies and a start-up company mindset. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and milestones for our Vehicle Motion Control development.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams of engineers, developers, and other technical staff to deliver high quality on time.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and report status regularly to senior management.
- Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure that Vehicle Motion Control systems are integrated seamlessly with other vehicle systems.
- Facilitate agile project activities, such as sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain agile artifacts, such as user stories, task boards, and burn-down charts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of chassis control system development processes.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with agile project management tools, such as JIRA
- Familiarity with agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Lean, or Kanban.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in an agile context.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
- English fluent, German is a plus
Preferred skills:
- Experience with automotive system integration and testing.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
