Vehicle Dynamic Objective Measurements (m/f/d)

The Attribute Integration team leads vehicle level attribute development, the compliance and validation process as well as managing the company test facilities (workshop and PG) and fleet. 


  • Support the development of all aspects of vehicle dynamic attributes through objective data collection and post-processing 
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Vehicle Dynamic and the Attribute Integration teams
  • Create methodologies and procedure for objective quantification of vehicle dynamic performance and correlate the metric with subjective assessments. Set-up the tools, procurement servicing of test equipment. Instrument prototype and benchmark vehicles and run objective data collection campaigns  
  • Support target setting activities and cascade to system and component level, in collaboration with system owners and CAE team
  • Join tuning and validation test activities across Europe and support issue identification and resolution 
  • Report development status to leadership
  • Improve vehicle dynamics development process, verification methods and standards, including growing need for objective testing  
  • Execute benchmark analysis
  • Screen new technologies and contribute to the definition of innovation strategy roadmap for complete vehicles  



  • Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent experience gained on the field  
  • 5+ years of working experience in vehicle dynamic and ride comfort attribute development with strong focus on objective data testing  
  • Good understanding of vehicle and overall chassis system development, ability to communicate requirements and support model validation with the full vehicle and chassis simulation team. Knowledge of VI-grade or ADAMS is an asset 
  • Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues as they arise. Strong focus on standardization and quality process
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluent in English Willingness to work in an international environment
