Vehicle Attribute Leader (m/f/d)

The Attribute Integration team leads vehicle level attribute development, the compliance and validation process as well as managing the company test facilities (workshop and PG) and fleet.
Responsibilities:
- Be the single point of contact toward program management team for all attribute development activities related to vehicle application in EU market (Vehicle Dynamic, NVH, Mass, Safety, Durability, Aero, …)
- Execute the complete vehicle integration work according to Product Development System from concept definition over development and validation phase up to vehicle launch
- Work in collaboration with the global attribute team to lead vehicle target setting and cascading to system level. Balance requirements for different attributes, taking into consideration regional market and customer usage specificities. Align targets for performance, costs and quality cross-functionally with Project Management, System Development Teams, Styling, Purchasing and Quality
- Report attribute development progress to the attribute integration leadership and program management team
- Participate in virtual assessment, test and launch activities for Attribute Integration in different countries as needed
- Execute benchmark analysis
- Improve attribute development process, verification methods and standards
- Screen new technologies and contribute to the definition of innovation strategy roadmap for complete vehicles
Requirements
- Automotive Engineering degree or equivalent experience gained on the field
- 10+ years of working experience in automotive attribute development, preferably BEV and premium/luxury segments
- Good understanding of overall vehicle integration and mainstream technologies from chassis and electrified powertrain
- Good project management skills, including typical automotive application project deliverables. Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues as they arise
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report at senior management level
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to work in an international environment
