Talent Aquisition (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Recruiting management and analysis: recruiting strategy, policy management, channels development, talent pool management
  • responsible for whole recruiting process, define position request, select channels, select CVs, interview, offer negotiation, contract creation
  • Operation work: Recruiting system management, recruiting cost management

 

•Detail recruiting process:

  • Define position based on business request
  • Select appropriate recruitment channels and coordinate with local   Headhunters or recruitment agency to fulfill the open positions
  • Identification, approach (Active sourcing) and acquisition of candidates with focus on experts by different recruiting channels
  • supervision of applicant management up to interviews, offer negotiation, contract creation
  • Candidate retention before onboarding of new employees

 

• Other tasks (projects or tasked based on Business request) assigned by HR Director

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as recruiter
  • Completed studies (Bachelor) or training in human resources
  • Confident use of Word, Powerpoint and Excel (Success Factor knowledge is a plus)
  • Very good German & English language skills
  • Structured, responsible work ethic and hands-on mentality
  • Enjoy responsibility in an international team
  • Reliability and high ability to work under pressure
