Senior Engineer EV Charging Station (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical innovations, including EV stations deployment 
  • Drawing up plans using computer-assisted engineering and design software 
  • Preparing engineering deliverables such as calculations, reports, specifications, and studies 
  • Estimating material, construction, and labor costs, and project timescales 
  • Testing installations and systems, and analyzing data 
  • Making sure projects meet civil and construction safety regulations 
  • Overseeing inspection and maintenance programs 
  • Performing routine research and developing recommendations for civil design and/or materials 
  • Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients 
  • Coordinating with others when directed by supervisor or project leadership 
  • Focuses on the needs and drivers of internal and external clients 
  • Provides support to business development or pursuit activities
  • Perform quality assurance/ quality control activity

 

Requirements

  • Electric power, engineering field related majors, bachelor degree or above
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and complete project construction with high quality within reasonable time and budget
  • Good communication skills, can efficiently collaborate with partners from different backgrounds and industries and achieve goals
  • Goal-oriented, able to identify problems in a timely and accurate manner and analyze and deal with them quickly
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in schedule, quality, cost and safety management
  • Understanding of complete car development process
  • Strong drive, independent and confident as well as a good team worker
  • Flexible and able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised priorities 
  • The ability to plan and prepare in advance, in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving
  • A passion to deliver their best work and to strive to be the very best 
  • Resilient and used to managing multiple projects and work streams at any one time
  • More than 5 years of experience in engineering management positions in electromechanical, electric power or new energy industry
