Human Resources Generalist (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:



- Responsible for building the company's employee development system and training system, and organizing talent assessment and training implementation;

- Driving corporate culture work, including standardizing company’s culture and cross-cultural activities.

- Responsible for organizational charts and Headcount control

- Responsible for Employee care system

- Responsible for HRIT system (HRM system, SAP Success Factor etc)

- Supporting activities during the implementation of new HR standards, processes and   

 initiatives, as well as general cooperation in HR projects

- Other relative HR topics

- Support in the area of recruitment , supervision of applicant management up to interviews,  

 contract creation and onboarding of new employees(Second priority)



This is what you bring along as an HR generalist:


- A successfully completed commercial training with qualification as a HR specialist or a degree    

 with a focus on HR management

- Good English and German and Chinese language skills (oral and written)

- Good computer skills incl. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and SAP Success Factor

- Sense of responsibility and a high degree of confidentiality

- Reliability and high ability to work under pressure

- Sense for policies, process standardization and optimization

- Enjoy responsibility in an international team

- Flexible for the new organization and new task
