R&D Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

The Attribute Integration team leads vehicle level attribute development, the compliance and validation process as well as managing the company test facilities (workshop and PG) and fleet.

Responsibilitiles

  • Identify prototype vehicle requirements with test and validation teams. Negotiate vehicle quantities and specification according to the requirement with the program management and global validation teams

  • Coordinate vehicle usage amongst the different team ensuring optimum usage of the available resources

  • Oversee the vehicle receiving and preparation process. Coordinate with the vehicle engineering operation team the vehicle sign-offs activities and the maintaining of the fleet in a safe running order

  • Collaborate with EE team to manage software vehicle release and updates

  • Organize the fleet committee meeting. Communicate fleet information and actions to all vehicle owners

  • Reporting of fleet KPIs to key stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Electrical or Mechatronic engineering degree or equivalent experience gained on the field

  • 3+ years of working in fleet management or automotive program management, gained in automotive OEM or supplier industries

  • Good understanding of modern BEV vehicle and chassis technology systems

  • Hands on approach and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to lead the resolution of business, technical and process issues as they arise

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to report at senior management level

  • Fluent in English, German is an asset

  • Willingness to work in an international and multicultural environment
