Intern/ Working Student, Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  • Identification, approach (Active sourcing) and acquisition of candidates with focus on experts with LinkedIn and Xing
  • Recruiting system operating
  • Prepare external job advertisements, web postings
  • Coordinate and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management

 

Requirements:

  • German/English fluency
  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Occupational Psychology, Economics and Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a similar course of study
  • Strong interest in working in a global team taking care of Product Management of Services in talent acquisition
  • High level of motivation and engagement
  • Ability to work autonomously and willingness to take on responsibility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
