Responsibilities
- Identification, approach (Active sourcing) and acquisition of candidates with focus on experts with LinkedIn and Xing
- Recruiting system operating
- Prepare external job advertisements, web postings
- Coordinate and execute the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
Requirements
- German/English fluency
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program, ideally in Occupational Psychology, Economics and Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a similar course of study
- Strong interest in working in a global team taking care of Product Management of Services in talent acquisition
- High level of motivation and engagement
- Ability to work autonomously and willingness to take on responsibility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
