Intern Data Privacy (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Support risk assessments and implementation of requirements for technical data privacy compliance for Global Connected Car Systems (Privacy by Design).
  • Research and specify in-vehicle data privacy and data security engineering on IT-system level and application level with specific focus on GDPR.
  • Research of relevant local and global legislation, current global trends in privacy or upcoming privacy enhancement techniques.
  • Support implementation and operation of privacy management systems for EU Connected Car services.
  • Support tracking and reporting of privacy compliance-related processes (e.g. RoPA, DPIA, TOM, deletion) on IT-system level and IT-infrastructure level.

 

Requirements

  • Student of law or business law with focus on (technical) privacy or IT law, or related IT-studies with focus on legal background, or similar.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and related privacy laws, knowledge of their application to software development and/or digital business processes.
  • Knowledge of privacy compliance related processes methodologies and their application to software development and/or digital business processes.
  • Experience in legal research and processes to improve data privacy compliance.
  • Familiarity with agile (automotive) software development preferred.
  • Enthusiasm about sportscars and future connected car technologies.
  • Excellent communicator with an open and structured mindset.
  • Fluent in English and in German.
  • Open approach to people, especially in an international and multicultural environment.
