High Voltage System Engineer - Charging (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Analysis and specification of system requirements, DV/PV requirements according to the V-Model to follow regulations, norms and standards, engineering principles, company process, especially for European and North America Market
  • Create the detailed CCS AC and DC charging test procedure of charging interoperability for vehicle prototype and charging infrastructure
  • Lead and manage the test for charging interoperability in Europe
  • Support vehicle prototypes’ and charging infrastructures’ test and failure analysis
  • Regularly align requirements and test results with relevant stakeholders, parties, and suppliers to bring the AC and DC charging solutions to the next level
  • Technical support the development of Plug&Charge function based on ISO 15118
  • Technical support the business and management work to build up the charging backend system
  • Constantly and independently work on the development of subject-specific requirements

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in E-mobility and charging infrastructure
  • Good technical understanding and overview of CCS AC and DC charging technology
  • Test experience for CCS AC and DC charging
  • Test experience and familiar with tool CANoe, CANape or INCA
  • The knowledges about IEC 61851, DIN 70121, ISO 15118 and Plug&Charge
  • Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with international teams
  • Technical thinking, analytical and structured approach and high w,illingness to learn and work in a high intensity and dynamical environment
  • Flexible regrading travels in Europe, China and other countries if needed
  • Driving license B
  • Fluent in English
  • German and any additional language would be advantageous
