Finance Specialist (m/f/d)

Responsibility

• Lead annual budget process.
• Monthly perform financial status of I2B I2I, actual analysis and rolling forecast, identify and explain the risks and opportunities.
• Lead finance reports regularly, maintain work communication with HQ finance.
• Monthly report of company finance status review. Demonstrate good financial judgement and make recommendations for management decision.
• Capex management. Tracking Capex kick off, contract status and budget imple-mentation.
• Maintain of accounting relevant procedure & system, BPM, IPS, SAP, BPC, Con-cur, Banking ext. 
• Lead audits include IPO, SOX, ISO9000 ext. when needed.
• As window person to introduce and explain operation information when needed from finance perspective.
• Supporting from internal and external when needed.

Requirement

• Degree in Finance and Accounting. 
• Minimum 5 years professional experience in an accounting, finance, or audit posi-tion.
• A certain knowledge of accounting regulations and related subjects (i.e., taxation).
• Working language is English, German and Chinese are mandatory.
• Self-motivated and could work independently in a challenging environment. 
• Methodical, concise, and accurate, with strong attention to detail.
