Europe Head of Business (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• According to the strategic objectives of the domestic head office, formulate the business objectives and business policies, sales strategies and business budgets of the European branch, lead team members to achieve business objectives; ensure the completion of the company's annual operation plans and profit targets
• Responsible for the overall management of all aspects of the operation and business of the European branch, including presiding over the daily operation and management of the European branch, business development and management in the European market
• Responsible for the functional management of the European branch, supervise, guide and review the business activities of the branch, and ensure the operation of each business
• Responsible for the basic team building and personnel management of the European branch, formulate and approve personnel decisions, and coordinate personnel administration work
• Responsible for improving the European branch company finance management system, according to the authorized scope of the group's financial management system to review financial expenses, reasonable control of financial expenses
• Organize and complete market survey, marketing activities, product development, customer development and customer management; keep abreast of competitors, customer information, market dynamics and other information, and provide information support for the head office to formulate business strategies and new product development
• Responsible for maintaining good cooperative relations with local governments and other public institutions in Europe, handling and coordinating various emergencies, and safeguarding the personal safety and legitimate interests of employees

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, master's degree is preferred, major in economic management, operation management or MBA degree
• Over 10 years of relevant work experience, more than 5 years of experience in the same position, comprehensive management of European companies, more than 5 years of management experience in the energy and charging industry, and successful cases during the period are preferred
• Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, strong organization and coordination and grasp the overall ability, good at team building; strong professionalism, sense of responsibility and team spirit, good team leadership and communication and coordination skills, good teamwork spirit and strategic thinking and decision-making skills, interpersonal communication and organizational coordination skills, good social relations and strong public relations, communication skills
• Be able to understand the electrical schematic diagram and mechanical structure diagram, and be familiar with European charging standards
• Familiar with basic knowledge of strong and weak electricity, with basic knowledge of machinery
• Ability of calculation and analysis
• Understanding of complete car development process.
• Strong drive, independent and confident as well as a good team worker.
• Flexible and able to work under constrained time schedules and frequently revised priorities 
• The ability to plan and prepare in advance, in an environment that is constantly changing and evolving.
