To train in an apprenticeship of electric and light vehicle repair supporting the production team in an OEM with great heritage, delivering a product of high performance and quality.
Working on rotation across Evija, rectification and auto electrical, the role invovles:
Role Objectives
- Attendance at college to support your role and learning.
- Active involvement in company safety culture
- Observing and supporting safe working practices
- Adherence to operational process and standards
- Undertake training on electric and combustion engine vehicles to improve knowledge and support production.
- Identify opportunities for reduction of waste and improved methods of working.
- Ensure key performance indicators are achieved in an efficient manner.
- Particular attention to housekeeping observing 5s ethos.
- Ensure timekeeping and attendance is of the highest standard.
- Embrace company ethos & key behaviours.
Knowledge
- Previous experience not essential but advantageous as all training will be provided.
- Ability to follow process and understand written instruction.
- Integrity.
- Work as part of team.
Other
- The placement will require Electric Vehicle Competency course and test to EVCP level 4 which is required within the Electric Vehicle department. This will be provided onsite and is not a prerequisite to the role.

- Adaptable with a willingness to learn
The position will be working from 0630-1630 Monday to Thursday and Friday until midday. Candidates will be given time for 'off the job learning' equating to around 20% of working week.
